I’m Sorry!

The rising sun that morning wasn’t so scintillating after all
She sat on the porch, tired and shabby…
Her heart was sinking with every passing minute
And, her eyes were dried up already

She held her cell phone in her hand the whole night
Hoping a communication breaks somehow
Only to her sorrow.. He was lost..
It broke her heart even more that dawn

The drizzle last night dampened the wooden floor
Which, she touched with her finger…
Perhaps trying to feel those last steps before he left
There was nothing she could sense… nothing…

Suddenly, everything was bleak..
Everything was murky.. And overcast with thoughts
That fear ran down her spine, crippling her soul
Enough to make her restless…

A sudden rustling over the dried leaves woke her
She looked around… and found him standing
Right in front, with wet eyes and longing arms…
He had come back… like he never left…

Warm blood rushed inside her veins
As she walked towards him, assuring herself…
“This isn’t a dream. This… is real”…
And hugged him… with him hugging in return

“I’m sorry.. I left,” he apologized
She smiled and added, “But now you’re here…”

  2. Hello! This is kind of off topic but I need some
advice from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

    1. Hi – Setting up a blog is not a difficult task if you ask me. All you need is a platform (where you want to have your blog page), ideas and a passion to write. If you choose WordPress for your blog, you’ll not have much to do except for a few customizations here and there. I used Blogspot too in the past but found this one better. Wix is a great option too!
If you are not buying a domain, you can stick to having a page for your blog and still do a lot in there. However, if you are planning to buy a domain for yourself, you’ll need to make sure where you are headed.
You might have already understood that I’m not a technical person myself… but I know that a blog is successful, mostly with good content and proper marketing. If you know your target audience and can cater to their queries and interests (aligning with yours of course), it is a good start already!

There is plenty of online information on how to start your own blog and how can you successfully make a living out of it, but first of all, you need to have a plan, an outline. A comment section is too small for all the details; and now that you’ve asked, I might as well write an article on this topic too! haha! 😀

But for now, here is a link to one such online help. Go through it and let me know if it was helpful! 🙂
